AngularJS directive for LHC on GitHub

I have an AngularJS directive for LiveHelperChat on GitHub if anyone is interested in checking it out.

I couldn't see a way to submit it to the plugins page.

Also accepting pull requests and suggestions at the GitHub page if additional features are needed.
