Department is not shown in red color if it is not online

Situation:

Live Helper Chat has 4 departments defined.

2 of them are now hidden (not using the system yet)
2 of them have different service hours:
A from 9 untill 16
B from 13 untill 16

I have one general page where the user needs to select the department with which he wants to chat with.
Departments are set to be active during service hours (Work hours/work days logic is active)

Now, when I use the widget before the B department is actually open (for example at 10) , the widget does not indicate in any way that A is open, but B is not.
I remember that I saw a red color before in the combo, which indicated that the department B is not open.
Now this does not work any more.

Is it possible, that this feature would have been removed in the newer version of Chat, version 2.43?

What is red color before the combo? offline departments are flagged as offline when they are offline . You see offline near the name of department.
what is combo?

-> I meant that I have (before this date) seen the indication that the department is offline, but today it was not working.
It was indicated in red color fonts and something like --offline--.

After the version update (2.43) this issue was not checked and now it does not work as before: the B is not indicated offline at 10:00, even though B opens at 13:00.
The combo box = drop down box with department names.

Ok,
I just tried to add a department called 2 in the livehelperchat demo,
then I edited the operator account for be assigned only to the default department.

So opened livehelperchat.com and can dee Default department are online and 2 department are offline.

You can see here:

This is version 2.44 as you can see the department are correctly showed as offline.
So maybe you have issue on your LHC ?!

I have also setup department 2 for go online and offline just in some minutes, all seems to work fine.
Department are online from offline and from online are offline.

Works.
