Question about Leave Message when offline
does the leave message when offline are saved on the database? if so what table would it be?

It's not saved. Just a message is send to operator.

If during embed code generation you will choose to show offline form if no operators are online.

Hi ... I want also to ask about this.
How is the message sent to the operator if the operator is not using the system..
I mean no one uses the system then a customer send a message where will the message
be saved? I can't find it anywhere in the database.
