Embedded chat window shrinks just to text bar.

Hi,

My clients started reporting that sometimes, not always, the chat box shrinks to just the text bar. It's not limited to a single visitor. I also think it's not the livehelperchat installation, I had to reinstall it once and I also received complaints before that reinstall.

It is also occurring on multiple web pages (WHMCS & TCAdmin) So it's not platform caused either?

From only your message I AM unable to understand what is the issue and how the issue looks.
Sorry... i can suggest to test your website and live chat.

Open your operator LHC in one browser and navigate the website from another browser, try to start a chat from different page and try to change page.
If you can ask to the visitor who report this issue to send a screenshot to you.

Also if you are able to reproduce the issue please post here a screenshot so I can look better.
At this moment your chat is offline and by clicking IT i AM redirected correctly in a new windo to your ticket system.

I don't know how to reproduce this, but I'd say 5% of the chats, no matter who encounters this issue.

Basically what happens is this:

Everything above it just disappears.

Hi,
I AM testing your chat and seems everything works fine.

Never heard about this issue in all my LHC time so maybe can be something in your theme.
Also I Am unable to reproduce in your website.
You need to be able to reproduce for ask support. Sorry.

If you are not able to know the step to reproduce and we are not able to reproduce there are no issue to resolve.
