Logout Admin Account

Hi there

Unfortunately I clicked on a field speech to whatever link in the admin portal and got the information that I am not able to use that. No problem for me but now I cannot go back to the admin portal even if I load the admin portal site again. Once I found the logout link here in the forum but now I am looking for it over 15 minutes and I am not finding the article.

Can you provide the logout link for the admin portal? Maybe this "bug" can be resolved in future version.

Is difficult for me understand well your post, sorry for that.
You can reach logout at http://domain.ext/livechatfolder/index. … ser/logout

Your issue is relative to the button for speak and write what you speak in the chat?

Maybe for use that function operator must have permission set from an Admin... but here I don't know how to help with permission as is a little complex to me but you can try to navigate into LHC settings. You must be an administrator.

I never know issue who made you unable to log in into admin LHC. All seems work fine in this way, for me.

Hi Marco,

Thanks for your reply. I was just searching for the logout link you mentioned

The problem came up when I select Speech language under systemconfiguration and then language. It told me I do not have the required rights. I was logged in as administrator and now it is working again. Dont know where the error was.
