Chat offline with operators online.

It's the second time i have to restore a backup from my chat folder to my server because my chat start to appear "offline operators, leave a message" from nothing, without doing nothing. What can cause this problem? Permissions? version of PHP or something esle?
I hope you guys understand my poor english.

this seems a wrong configuration in your LHC.

Seems you have activated automated work hours of Department.

You need edit all your department and check to have not enabled: "Work hours/work days logic is active"

Thank's for your help. But my problem still here. I change de pro-active chats with new users, new department's, make the changes you told and still having the problem.

pro active have nothing to do with issue operator online and offline. Sorry.

Also I don't understand why that screen shot here.

You have to follow the instructions provided and check also your operator is assigned to the right department for be online.

I see your chat is online but when clicked open the page to leave a message because operator are offline.
I think there are something very wrong with your install.

I AM sorry but you have configured something very bad.
I cannot assist you from here about this issue. Maybe a new clean install and carefully in setup custom settings can resolve your issue.
