How to hide url of the windows of chat

Hello, I need hide the url of the windows of livehelperchat, Any suggestion? thanks!

Hi franskferdinand,
this can be possible only if you are using widget and create a theme with the pop up option disabled.

You need to go under settings, live help configuration, Widget theme and here create custom theme with "Hide popup option" enabled in Widget container tab. Than you need or set this template as default in themes, default theme or generate embed code with your custom template.

User will be not able to switch the chat to pop up so are unable to see the chat address link.

Ok perfect, but I need to hide the url in the pop up because I do not use the widget. Any suggestion?. Thanks for your reply!

franskferdinand in the pop up there are no way.
Is the browser not LHC - you cannot hide LINK.
