Hi, Everyone!
My boss has me update task about LHC. So what should i do?

Hi huynt,
the last version of LHC (2.44) is BUG affected.

For now I suggest as last version the version 2.40 who can be downloaded from here:

After downloaded and unzipped you can follow update instructions https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/63
Also if you go on your LHC under "Update information" you will have all button with info on how to update :-)

Thank you, Marco. I got it. But i've problem again with my widget auto change to offline while operator's online.
On first time I've fixed by uncheck on "Disable HTML5 storage..." but afterthat I see it again.

You have setup department online hours, and chat just shows status based on that so you need to edit department and disable "Work hours/work days logic is active"

How much department do you have?
No, this I think is the only settings you can have who puts status online when all operator are offline.
You can try to provide to me the link where your chat is installed or start a chat with me by following the link in the signature of this message so I can see better in real time the issue with you!

So you need do the check of have dsabled "Work hours/work days logic is active" for each department.

Yes, I tried to start a chat with you but no answers.
As I told you have to check in each department you don't have active "Work hours/work days logic is active".
Also check all operator are offline than you can check for the chat status.

If still be online that is very strange and I don't know what to say to you, something should be wrong on your side.
Usually what I said here solve the issue.

I AM sorry for your issue BUT:

1° tried to start a chat in your website and no reply.
Also I told to you to go in live chat with me by following the link on the footer signature of my forum post but you didn't.

You have not tell me if you have checked the option mentionated is disabled in each department. Have you checked the two department for have uncheked the mentionated option?

After you disable in each department the relative automated works hors all operator must be offline to see the chat offline.
You seems to have other operator online, that can be for sure the reason why the chat still be online. Other operator assigned to department are online.
