About multi channel in live helpchat

Hello Everyone.
I have a Problem, can i build multi channel chat for every customer who have E-Store on my website ( like message tool of Alibaba ).
Please help !

I cannot understand your message.

1° I don't know what is Alibaba.
2° I don't understand what you means with multi channel chat.

This is a live chat support so you can create live chat for chat with visitor on the site and you can create different department.

Each member join with us, who have E-Store on Ecommerce Website have private chat channel. You know what i mean ?

mmmmmm... I think this is something you can made but here we cannot assist with that.
Maybe commercial support can help you with that.

Sorry, here only basic support.
I think there are no way to do that at the moment if you are not able to to by yourself

Oh, just on more, can i install language Packet or translate packet vietnamese on Desktop_Client Live help chat.

Hi,
I don't suggest to use Desktop client. Is an old software with some issue like when you write a message user not see you are typing message.
I suggest to use web operator console in a browser.

Actually Chrome and Chromodo browser have issue with sound notification because seems Chrome has decide to make sound and notification frozen if the browser is minimized.
I suggest to try to use Firefox or an old version of Chromodo 45.8.12.391
