livehelperchat version 2.4.4 error with chrome

I have test livehelperchat on chrome and where i minisize livechat and then refresh page and i can't restore livechat. I have file image from web livehelperchat.com.please help me. it is works well on firefox.

thank you for your report!

Chrome have a BUG but not this.
Chrome have an issue if you use Chrome for access to the operator console of LHC (Live Helper Chat) because if you have the browser minimized you don't receive chat notification and chat sound so you can miss chats.

I have downloaded now the last Chrome version https://www.google.it/chrome/browser/desktop/ for my Windows 10 and I cannot see any issue on opening and see the chat widget on livehelperchat.com

I suggest to you to make a browser reset https://support.google.com/chromebook/a … 4?hl=en-GB if this not solve remove and reinstall the last Chrome.
This should solve your issue.

After you enter in chat NOW i was able to see the issue.

You can "fix" by enter into widget theme and in CSS first field put that CSS code:

.lhc-min #lhc_iframe_container{
height:0px !important;
}

Than save and test. The minimize button will be no more visible so user will not have this issue.
You can subscrive to the BUG here : https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … issues/854 and be informed when this will be resolved.
