Live Help is online but no notification...no ping...nothing.
Hello!
I just installed Live Helper Chat and I've configured the online theme. I can see the widget on my website and it says: "Live Help is online" but when I click on it, it just cycles endlessly. What do I need to enable in order to complete my testing of functionality, themes, logos etc???

Hi,
maybe you have some issue on your server side... or settings.
Maybe something is wrong with your install, you have to figure alone what can be.

1. I've configured the Username and Password and logged in as an Administrator.
2. Then I configured the Live Help Widget embed code and copy/pasted onto my html.
That's as far as I've gone. Now there is another tab that I've barely touched yet. I've configured my Themes in the Live Help configuration tab but that is all.
What do I do next?

Okay I've found something out.
On my website I clicked the "open new window" and a chat window opened up but when I minimized it to widget there is nothing but a spinning wheel. How do I configure it to automatically open in a new window?

Kimosabe2016 in the Embed code uncheck "On a mouse click show the page widget".
