LHC auto start a new chat.

Hi.
I have a new trouble when i learning this. Like subject, I want to click on another article while the conversation at this site's continues, but in LHC's start a new chat.
Tell me what can i do to fix them.. I'm waitting for your answer!

Excuse me, I have a new trouble, that's my widget auto change form from online to offline while operator's still online.
I really confuse because my website working for sale. Hope you see this topic now!

Excuse me, I have a new trouble, that's my widget auto change form from online to offline while operator's still online.

seems you have missconfigured Live Helper Chat. Please enter in your department, click on edit and disable Work hours/work days logic is active.
This will make chat online and offline only when there are operator available or not available.

You have issue because you have set wrong custom settings in LHC.
If the chat still not work you have to reset all settings, remove your LHC and do a new install and not put settings or domain in the settings or check box without understand what you are doing.

Example: on chat configuration, do you have checked the option "Use secure cookie, check this if you want to force SSL all the time" or "Disable HMTL5 storage, check it if your site is switching between http and https" or do you compile the field "Set your domain to enable user tracking across different domain subdomains."?

If you have checked this options or inserted a custom text you have wrong configuration and this is why you are loosing chat session.
Also if you put wrong CSS into LHC or into your website you can have issue.

Can be different reason for you to have all those issues, is not an Live Helper Chat Issue.

Thank for your answer, Marco. I've fixed it. My fault's checked on "Disable HMTL5 storage, check it if your site is switching between http and https".
