Hello everyone,
I'm trying to find out if there is an option to automatically close the chat when a customer gives up waiting.
My situation today:
- My client sees that there are many people on the line, so he gives up and leaves the chat. But his chat keeps on the line, so it counts to the line number.
I want that if a customer gives up, his chat is automatically closed. I will be able to check it on reports, afterwords.
important: I dont want to put a time limit of wait. This is different
Thanks in advance!!

PS: I tried the cronjob in "Maintance" but it didnt work...
