Error when save configuration

System configuration > Live help configuration > Chat configuration

Except for the first one, the other configuration page will produce error when save. error content as follow:

PHP Warning: include(cache/compiledtemplates/9b9b698ad428e03a6e7486c1bd770126.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in D:\php\livehelperchat-master\lhc_web\lib\core\lhtpl\tpl.php on line 535 PHP Warning: include(): Failed opening 'cache/compiledtemplates/9b9b698ad428e03a6e7486c1bd770126.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php\pear') in D:\php\livehelperchat-master\lhc_web\lib\core\lhtpl\tpl.php on line 535

I have identified these 2 questions:
1, "Everyone", "ISUR" have the full access to this folder.
2, The file "9b9b698ad428e03a6e7486c1bd770126.php" is exists.

My server environment:
System: WINDOWS SERVER 2012
IIS: 8.0
PHP: 7.0

I AM never secure Live Helper Chat 2.44 support PHP 7.0 maybe use a inferior PHP solve the issue?

Seems file are not found so maybe you missed some files?
Are you sure to have unzipped well the zip file and upload all files?

Thank for your answer, Marco. It's very helpful.
But i cant fix them. I always clean cache to fix them but it's inconvenience.
Have anyway else?

what version of PHP are you using? Maybe is this one the problem.

Yes, maybe PHP 5.4 can have issue because little bit old.
Please try to upgrade. I AM with PHP 5.6 and all is working fine for me. Also maybe PHP 5.5 should be enough for now.

It was hard for me, because I first time work with SSH. But I do this!!! I update php to
PHP 5.6.26 (cli) (built: Sep 15 2016 14:57:05)

but the problem does not solved, still same php warning. Unfortunately.

I need more information about the errors.

Please if you cannot find me in chat post more details about the error.
If you can share the link where your LHC is installed than I can have also a better look.

Also check and be sure your server is using the new PHP and not the old.
When this issue started to be?

First of all, I CANNOT reach your website. Only if I use a proxy.
Seems your chat is working fine.
If there are no errors in LHC I cannot say why you have errors in server error log files.
I can only try to help if something is not working on LHC and you see issue when you use LHC.

So I cannot find any issue, I cannot help.
If something is not working as expected please update the topic.

I cannot say why you have PHP errors in server logs.

Marco B, thank you for participating. I update MySQL today. Maybe its php-pear module doing this warning.
About why you do not have access, is also strange. Checking site availability tool
Site available from 52 ip addresses.
