Is there any way can hold the chat helper always on new window?

Dear sir,

Sorry to bother you, I facing a trouble now, we can see, when I click the livehelerchat in my homepage, I can see a widget will auto pop by default, but when I cleared the cache of my browser, the chat will refresh too, I need re-input my name and email account.

So, my question is: is there any ways can hold my livechat always open in a new window after my clients clicked it?

Hi alex lee,
in the Embed Code page where you generate the code uncheck the option : "On a mouse click show the page widget" so paste again your Embed code and chat will always be opened in a new window!
