Mobile link redirect don't work

I have an issue with link redirect on mobile device, it's not working.
Is someone can confirm this issue or i'm alone?

i never tested. What you mean... redirect where? Contact form or URL?

You tested in Android or IOS?
In the same website are working on Desktop version?
Please do a test in the live helper chat demo and see if the issue is present also in the demo of Live Helper Chat.

When operator send URL redirect with this command "!goto" to client chat on mobile device (Android smarphone)
I confirm that it's not working on demo too.

Do you see the chat in new window or the same site window? If the chat is opened in a new window you cannot redirect user in the website. You can only give the correct link into chat so user can click it.

I have indirectly replied, and you know that if your are on a mobile device when you click on chat this is opened a new window...

I think it's a bug because redirect to contact form is working, i opened a ticket on github
