Automatically send eMayl when a chat is closed

I want to send the chat conversation automatically when a chat is closed. I closely examined the action that sends the email , and realized the following. From the chatbox window you are redirected to a sendchat.tpl.php , which then triggers a js lhinst.sendemail()This only works from the $colorbox so I havent figured a way to call this action other than from the colorbox., I want to call the action to send email when the chat is closed , can anyone help?

Just for clarificationa. Then chat is closed you want to send an e-mail to operator?
b. Then chat is closed you want to send an e-mail user?
as for a case. You can do that in department editing window. Notification section.
as for b case. There is no such option. And in any case, there is resume chat option for user. So sending repeatitive mails for user would be bad thing i ques. As for having that option in chat window, we do have this. You can send an-email to user.
