Hey,
First of all I just discovered live helper chat and have to say that this is the best solution for live support I've found yet.
I run a online shop which sells a product in different configurations.
In the last step (product summary) I would like to create a live support if the user has questions about the configuration.
Because of that I would like to be able to send additional data (the configuration) to the operator as soon as the client wants to chat.
What do I want here?
I just wanted to ask if someone can give me a small hint where to implement this.

welcome in the Live Helper Chat Open Source Project and welcome in the Forum!
I think as you this is the best free solution for live chat and also this live chat is better to some others paid chat.
As you can understand this is an Open Source Project and here there are only one chat founder who is very busy,
this is the reason why I think you will not find (maybe) how do what you want do here, in the forum.

I Am sorry to cannot help you more with this issue, my support is basic.
I cannot help to configure complex system or some customized option I don't use.
It's a good idea try to post in the forum for see if some help can be found, also doing search on documentation and Internet.
