Need help box won't stay closed

Same code, basically. The Need Help box (mine says "Questions") just keeps appearing even though clicked closed. Don't want it to show again once closed on web site.

I'm sure it is probably cookie related but i don't know why

thank you for asking help in the Live Helper Chat Forum.

Your issue seems solved, just have to remove the domain from Misc.

Solution is:
Go on settings, live help configuration (tab), chat configuration, than open the tab Misc and remove the domain in the first field called "Set your domain to enable user tracking across different domain subdomains." than save and this issue is resolved.

IF you are using a LHC version greater than 2.44 you are affected by a BUG on offline form redirection.

Also you can subscribe for know when the BUG will be resolved.

The Embed code is correct, if you look at page source than copy and paste in real time editor on anonimous window it work fine.
You maybe have an issue with your website template or something like this.

Try to move the code in other places... in the first website where LHC is working the look of the LHC widget status in normal, in the other website look are large, strange.
Maybe Embed code should be in a different position or there are issue here in your website template.

If you take the Embed code and paste in realt time editor now is working.
