Proactive chat doesn't opens first time.
Hi, I need help. My proactive chat doesn't opens the first time. But when i refresh the page it opens after X seconds. Can somebody help me what have a done wrong or is it built this way ? Thanks

Hi sajawals,
thank you for your post in the Live Helper Chat Forum.
From what you wrote seems you forghet to check the option "Automatically check for messages from the operator/invitation messages ?" when you have generated the Embed code... so please try to generate a new Embed code and do not forghet to check this option.
After generate please replace your site Embed code with the new one and your issue should be resolved.
