Chat can't running

My webste juga recover from error. But I already backup all content and database. But, when I restore livehelperchat, it's running. But when I try to chat using embed code, after I insert name, emai, and question, the screen is blank. I already attach the screenshot.

I already install livehelperchat on my pc, using QT5. So, when I try chat from website, my QT5 also doesn't show notification about new request chat.

Is it because wrong step when restore? or maybe wrong permission??

Please help.

thank you for posting a question in the Live Helper Chat Forum.

Just let you know is very hard assist you in a restore of live helper chat.
In my case I see all blank when in Apache suphp are disabled if was used before.

Maybe can be a permission issue, maybe. I suggest to look well into your error log.
If you are unable to find the issue the only way will be start with a clean new install.

HI prazetyo,
as you have the backup you can try to update and see if the issue will be resolved.

Before that you should check your server error log for see if you have some error on Live Helper Chat.
This can help us to understand if your LHC can't run well for server configuration.

You can try to update at last version.
Last version is version 2.44 BUT is not BUG free. Have important BUG like ... if user is redirected to the contact form from an operator who reject the chat or use link for redirect the user to the contact form or if department is set to redirect user to the contact form if no answer ... version LHC 2.44 will not work well.

There is a BUG who redirect the user to wrong offline template so user will be not able to leave a message from the widget.
Solution:

Solution is update LHC or downgrade LHC to version 2.40 who is the most recent version not affected by this BUG.
You can find the link to download version 2.40 and also subscribe to the BUG topic for download the version not affected and also be informed (if you subscribe) when the BUG will be resolved in new version.
