How about sending an sms/txt? What about this

Ok this is way above my paygrade but would it be possible to use this "thing" to link with your live helper chat, so end resultA person requests a chat I recive a txt/sms to advise person wants to chat?The "thing" http://www.smscontrolcenter.com/sms_android_developer.aspx

For that you will need to use one of the supported callbacks.

I will extend this document in a few days. There is missing some new callbacks there.

In general any beginner programmer should be able to do what you want to do.
