I'm on version 2.43 and have been using this for about a month. It's great!! Website is www.donbur.co.uk
One small problem . We originally set up a pro-active chat invite, but this now appears to have stopped working. I've also tried setting up a new one exactly as described in Documentation, but this doesn't trigger.
I've tried 20 seconds and 2 pages but neither triggers, and I have deleted my own IP from the lh_chat_online_user table.
I'm wondering if I've done something with the departments or the auto-responders that has stopped it.
Has anyone got any advice?

thank you for your post.
Please try to remove your embed code from your website and generate again by checking the follow option:
Automatically check for messages from the operator/invitation messages

This should fix your issue.
If not maybe you have putted URL on pro active chat where you do not have URL.
IF you continue to fetching this issue your pro active chat easily have wrong settings.

Thanks for the response Marco.
Unfortunately, it didn't work.
I refreshed the embed code, cleared browser cache, deleted my ip record from the DB and still nothing.
I'll try to get hold of you to see if my settings are off somehow.

thank you for your reply.
In the pro active chat there is a BUG.
If "Choose option" in department are not selected and you have selected a department, pro active will not work.
Also if your operator profile have not all department assigned you will not be able to see and select Choose option so your pro active not work.
You have to go on your operator profile, activate all department assigned to you and than in the pro active select Choose option in Department, save and than you can remove the assign to you of all department.
I will try to open a GitHub BUG if is not already opened.

Thank you for your help on this. I can confirm that this has resolved our problem.
In our case, the person who set up the account did not have all departments assigned to them. This removes the "Choose Option" from the dropdown menu on the pro active chat settings and it will not work.
The advice above is a get-round until a bug-fix can be coded.

If in proactive chat you select department you have to select department also in embed code.
