Has anyone come up with a clever way that when somone wants to open a chat the operator is sent a tweet to notify them
Offline
Hi,
1. Enable browser notifications, http://demo.livehelperchat.com/site_admin/chat/listchatconfig "Request notification permission"
2. Then, new pending chat appears it will show browser notification about new chat.
3. If you do not want to have opened all the time LHC back office, you can install chrome extension https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/live-helper-chat/knooimelchgpbpblfhlgkdifnabcolin/details
4. Also desktop app show notifications, in desktop app pending chat's list have to be opened all the time. It's opened then a program starts.

Is there a trigger to fire a email if a person wants to chat? I was going to hook that with IFTTT to get the wtweet
