How does that work?
I always get "Perhaps screenshot is under way or screenshot is not supported on client browser, click refresh to check for a screenshot."

1. Make sure that "Automatically check for messages from operators are checked"
2. It check is there any command to execute from operator if yes. It takes screenshot.
3. This only works then chat is in embed mode/widget mode

Takes a screenshot of the visitor's computer?
I have embed/widget mode and checked for messages from operator. I get

Same here...... So User Screenshot doesn't work with Google Chrome? This is the browser I am using... I have tried Safari and IE Edge too.

I will close this topic as is old.
Please remember take a screenshot required time is not immediate. Maybe you need wait up to 5 minutes to see the available screenshot.
You can take it from the web interface.
If this not works no free support will be given from my part so if you need help maybe you need commercial support.
This is not essential function and is something (maybe) to be considered add-on.
I have used this recently and screenshot works for me.
