Manage multiple domains

Hi everyone,
should I use live helper chat to manage multiple domains, but currently I can handle only one. How could I do without install one per domain?
I am currently using version 2.25

Hi Fabry595, you are using a old version of LHC.
I suggest you to update at the last version 2.44 who at the moment have for me a bad BUG who make no work redirect to the correct contact form when chat is not responded or chat are refused so I made a downgrade to version 2.40

I don't suggest to you to keep the old 2.25

You can generate embed code and put in different website without issues.
If you want the chat have different domain address (when you see the chat address in the browser) and same installation I think that is something I cannot help as is your server side configuration and not think is an easy things to do if you did not know how to do. I don't know and have not made test for this.

You can use Embed generated code in different website. When chat arrive you will able too see from what website arrive.

Hi, Thanks for the reply.
My problem is to enable the tracking of the user through several subdomains, but I have more than one domain to manage.
When the user changes the chat page on the site goes out of sync.

Hi Faby595,
if visitor A is on the site A and move to site B is normal chat is lost.
Is not possible not loose chat from what I know.

You can disable widget and allow only pop up chat so you will be ok as the chat is in the pop up so user can change site.
You can force pop up all time in Embed code by unchecking "On a mouse click show the page widget"

If you loose chat widget when user A from site A change page than:
