Profile picture of an agent doesn't change

Hi there,

I am using LHC V 2.44 and the script I use doesn't show the profile picture of an chat agent through the proactive chat

where as on my LHC V2.42, the same script and same backend configuration shows up the profile picture of the Chat agent through the proactive chat.

Second bug V2.42 , the same agent name and picture  appears even we cleared the cookies and logged in with another name from the same computer.

Thanks for this issues report.

I have discovered a BUG today of the live helper chat 2.44 and is already reported on github.com.
I don't know about your issue maybe I should do a test.

You don't see the operator picture where on the visitor widget when chat is started?

The version 2.42 is past and is old right now so just only report bug present in the last version, if you are sure are bug.
You should test on demo.livehelperchat.com

Hi, I have tested pro active chat on my existing install and operator picture is well shoewd in version 2.44 please check the operator profile and try to upload profile image, thank you.
