how to keep the conversation when a user change the link to another page on the site?

Hi alquati,
thank you for posting a question in the Live Helper Chat Forum.

If the chat is loosed by changing page some settings may be not correct.

Check to not have enabled HTML5 storage and please check other settings explained in the article.
If you put your domain try to remove in the chat settings, this can solve the issue.
