Having issues with chat notification chime delay

Hello!

Looking for some guidance with regard to chat notifications. In particular the chime.

We're noticing that the chime always comes 15s-20s after the chat first appears in LHC. Our Operators are reporting that the chat came in correctly, but the notification didn't.

I've been trying to track down a source of the issue, but have not been having much luck

Possibly related, periodically (once or twice a week) there will be no notifications, no chats, but then we will get ~6 chats all at once, but all timed out due to no response?

I cannot understand is a sound prblem also desktop notification not showed?
Are you using Chrome browser?
