I can't help you much with extension but also your topic seems to be very bad:
you don't give info of for what extension you need help ... or sorry but I don't know what is single sign on extension.

If you want receive help in the forum I suggest you to put more details;
however help with extension are very rare.

Usyally you should be able to make the avaiable extension work or find another solution.
Live Helper Chat is an Open Source Software so support are limited.

You maybe consider also Commercial Support if you need customization for your business,

Hi emad,
thank you for provide a URL of the component you are talking about.

This extra component seems to be no more updated from one year and maybe more so maybe is to verify if already works with the last version of LHC.
In the website of Live Helper Chat there are a list of extension supported:

and seems I can't see that one mentioned by you.

I never heard before the single sign on, maybe is a lot is not updated and used.

As I cannot find documentation in the website about this component and seems this component "singlesignon" is not updated from some times,
is hard provide support with this, sorry.

Sorry also for my message about your topic but you have to consider here support is gived for free and not always from Live Helper Chat Staff so a user like me can't know well and better everithing you are talking about so it's a good think spent some little more word with more details and a link where is the extra component you are looking for help.

Sorry but seems at the moment if you need to use "single sign on" you have to test by yourself and consider maybe this component maybe can have compatibility issue with the last Live Helper Chat or maybe not work.
