How to disable popup window in mobile browse?

Hi
When I use mobile, click open widget then it create new window (popup window). But I browse by Desktop, widget chat open page widget(not popup window).
How to config browse in mobile like Desktop.

thank you for posting a question in the Live Helper Chat Forum.

For do what you want to you have to go on settings > Embed Code > Widget Embed Code and here when you generate code, before take the code uncheck the option "On a mouse click show the page widget" this will open always the chat in a new window.

you misunderstood my problem.
I want open as page widget in mobile and desktop, I had check option "On a mouse click show the page widget". But in mobile, that does not work.

Yes I have misunderstood... sorry again.
I think what you are asking for is not possibile. In the mobile the widget is opened into another window because of space.

In the mobile theme is opened a new window because widget are not easy to use on mobile.

sorry I can't help you with that and not think is a good idea do this edit.

The widget chat should open always in a new window when there are a mobile device where widget can't be on the screen.
There are also an issue opened https://github.com/LiveHelperChat/liveh … issues/807 because not always the widget is opened in new windows when there isn't enough space.

You can try to edit in your way the code or add CSS in the Widget templates but this is your work and at your risk.
If you need there are commercial support for special customization.
