Chat button not visible when all operators are offline

Sorry but your post is written very fast and without details.
You don't reported here the title in the message so in the first impact is difficoult to understand what you are saing.
"How to fix what?"
The reply is on the title of your post "Chat button".
Solution:
So maybe you have to regenerate embed code and when you do that be sure to have not checked the option: "Hide button when offline".

Thanks! I am using the Drupal module and indeed there is a similar setting there.
