After update from 2.36 to 2.44 not working login panel
Hello.
After update from 2.36 to 2.44 not working login panel.
http://____.ru/livechat/index.php/site_admin/user/login
I write my login and password after click login and get Error 500. After that if I in browser adress go to http://____.ru/livechat/index.php/site_admin/ admin panel is working.
What i need to do for right working login process???

Hi,
you need to look at the server error log and see why an error 500 is printed to you.
Also check to have updated also the database.
Your version and database should be updated.

Thank you for you answer. I not finded error log for livechat.
In admin panel I check http://____.ru/livechat/index.php/site_admin/system/update and database is update OK.

Is not possibile you see error 500 and you don't have error log (I think).
So for help you better you can provide the complete URL to your chat or please see better error log, be sure to have not searched in the wrong place.
Also you can try to upload the required file again so retry to update.

I restore livechat folder from backup. After again retry to update by this instruction https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/63, error repeat...
Now I come back to version 2.37 from backup.

So if you update you have error 500. If you get this error, this error should be registered into your log file.
Try to install Live Helper Chat last version in a new install.
Keep your 2.37 and install in a new folder the last Live Helper Chat version. It works?
