Thanks Marco.  I should have known that.

Some feedback, the settings pages needs better breadcrumb navigation.

There are extra steps involved just trying to get back to Live help config.

It wasn't a request, it was feedback.  You now what "Breadcrumbs" are in terms of links ?

Settings / Live Help Configuration /    -  click Departments.  The breadcrumb trail above is HOME / SYSTEM CONFIG / DEPARTMENTS

But, for example

Settings / Live Help Configuration /     click Chat Configuration.    The breadcrumb trail is  HOME / Chat Configuration.   It should be Home / System Config / Chat Configuration.
