Login is not working
I've installed a copy of the LHC on a vps and it was working perfectly and then I've packed all the files and exported the database then copied them into a new directory with different subdomain and database and all was done correctly.
After doing the above mentioned now the both version are not loging in and when i try to reset the password it send the new password to my email but it's not working it keep giving me this message "Incorrect username or password"
What seems so strange that the default version which it was working perfectly it give the same error "Incorrect username or password"?

Hi,
the issue can be the domain is different and also the folder are different from the version where was installed.
Also if email SMTP are not correctly configured you can have issue on have password reset email sent.

I've already changed this settings at this file settings/settings.ini.php
and each file has its own correct setting for the directory and domain
Is there some where else need to be changed?? some other files or database?
and the problem is both the old installed version and the copied version are not working

Also the smtp are correct and I receives the password at my email but when I try to login using this password and not working and says "Incorrect username or password"

I never tried to resume my live chat in another URL from a backup.
We need to wait if someone can help you here.
