Account hacked -----Urf=gent plssssssss!!!!

Hi

Someone plssssssssssssssss plssssssssssssssss help me with my prob.
both my gmail accounts password hacked and also the primary recovery id and mobile no too changed.
i have tried all the possible options i know on earth to get back my id.have filled the online form multiple times but still no luck.
the bugger has also activated 2 step verification for both my accounts.
plssssssssssssssssss HELP ASAP!!!
