Hello, how could customize the form fields "Name", "Telephone" and the texts that appear in the chat window, and pro-active invitation to place them in two languages example:

Nombre/name

Hi,
thank you for posting a question in the Live Helper Chat Forum.

One things is missed in Live Helper Chat is the english language file to edit.
If you are using Englidh as Default sorry I can't help you, if you are using other language as default you have to look into translation folder on your Live Helper install and edit the relative file.
Is a medium work, maybe you need Note pad ++ so you can search Name and replace with Nombre/Name.

Sorry, other question:
It is possible that according to the version of my website, (which is determined by a parameter in the URL that defines the language), proactive invitation and the chat window language is changed? example:

MyPage/Spanish -> Chat in Spanish
MyPage/English -> chat in English
