We allready embedded the client side widget into a web application that we developed in order to have the cloud users to be able to open support sessions transparently from within the application support menu.
The web application has always a user loged in to the application with full details that can be extracted from the applications db (Including full name & email).
How can we automate the input of user details from the web applications db to the client side chat widget in order to eliminate the need for user to manualy input the details into Name and Email fields?
