Customise chatbox?

Hey guys,
I am wanting to customise the message for example, "Fill out this form to start a chat" or "waiting for operator"

Is there anyway I could do that?

Hi partians,
for the moment you can't customize the text you have selected in red BUT
you can set up an autoresponder with your custom message

For set this go in settings, live help configuration, auto responder.

Actually you can't edit the message in the pop up on top but you can add, edit the message in the top widget,
for do that please look at Widget Template: settings, live helper configuration, widget themes.
