error-log filling up with php Warning: Module 'zip' already loaded

Our server has been running out of space - having cheked it was due to an error-log in livehelperchat growing to more than 10GB in size. I have deleted the old record but it is again filling up fast.

It seems that 2 or 3 times every second the following eroor occurs:

Before I start a major investigation into the setup - anyone with any similar occurrence or suggestions as to how to resolve?

thank you for using the forum for your questions.

10 GB is a very lot of space if you consider Live Helper Chat packange is about 8 MB, maybe have you a lot of chats or big attachments.

Seems to be something of your server, it's maybe Apache or PHP warning not something related to the Live Helper Chat.
So I suppose all issue you are having is from your server side and not Live Helper Chat.

Are you on a Shared Hosting?

The server is only hosting our site - not shared.

I have been trying to find a cause of the problem - but have not done so as yet - have simply been going in regularly and deleting the error_log file.

As this only appears in the webchat/error_log file I have to believe it s coming from one of the scripts in livehelperchat.

Any thoughts where to look?

This error is from your PHP Not livehelperchat. I can understand that if You don't know a minimum of server And PHP This error seems related To livehelperchat But is An issue with your PHP. Put The error on Google And Search a solution . Is a PHP issue, your configuration.
