Re: Android In app port

Hi attinine,
seems App for android is an Unofficial App, seems some one reported not work well if your livechat is under SSL.

You can try IT, personally I don't use.
I think is quite difficoult manage chat from the phone but can understand and agree app on the smatphone can be good,
maybe before should implemented a good app for windows but also the web version is very great to use on the PC.

You ar free to try the Adroid App.

I can't understand your question to replace widget code.
Sorry.

Re: Android In app port

Hi attinine, I can't reply to your question about interact with lhc plateform as I am just only an user of LHC, the owner is very busy so not all time can reply here, just for importanti discussion so maybe you will receive a reply but you have to wait a little.

For the Android App (Unofficial) you can look at this discussion:

Have a great day smile

Re: Android In app port

This App is for managing the chat as Operator, visitor not need an app, can use the website as LHC is responsive and works on the mobile phone.
Also if you do the login into web broweser as operator on the admin area the operator side works on the phone as is responsive.

I don't know if with the Android App you are able to receive notification in background about new chat, pending chat.
I think a good chat support should have SSL, in this case you can't use the Android app or you can try but I have readed there are issue with SSL just only in the UnOfficial Android chat, No issue if you use only LHC in web version so if you manage chat from the Internet Browser.

The only issue present right now is an issue with the last update of Chrome who seems not allert on new chat sometimes and sound notification not working if the browser is inactive for sometimes or minimized. This issue seems to be, at the moment, something with a last update of Chrome and should be reported from users in a Google discussion about Chrome.
