Login chat doesn't work afte upgrade (2.42v)

Hi,
I upgrad the chat with new version (2.42v). I follow the instruction (https://livehelperchat.com/article/view/63), all steps. Now I have a problem, after login procedure the system doesn't redirect me in chat dashboard but load a white page with no content. I can access to dashboard only delete from url the word "/login" and reload the page. I have already repeat the upgrade procedure two times.

Let me know how can solve the problem.
