problem with widget. online/offline

Dear LHC Support team,

We have a problem with lhc widget . Its not giving the proper response for the operator online/offiline. Can you suggest me to fix this issue.

Example: I am pulling the operator(user) log status from database. Even the operator(user) is offline, the widget showing, Live help online for my application.
And if the operator is in online, sometimes widget showing live help offline.

Eagerly looking for your support to fix this issue.

We are online but the chat is offline what is wrong
