some ideas to integrate with joomla

I think that could create a component that handles part of the integration with joomla and a module that allows code to customize the widget to show it to visitors.

This is my first post, but I am planning on using LiveHelper chat on a pretty busy Joomla site. I would love to see a component like you are saying.
