Hi,

question:-
1.Does print screen work at page embed code ?
2.Department auto assign work at this setting when 'Maximum number of active chats user can have at a time' set as 0

thank you for posting a question in the Forum!

1.
What did you mean with "Print Screen"? If you are talking about take user screen shot, the screen shot are not immediately.
After a while will be send as attachment to the operator, if is supported.

2.
I think auto assignment can work also if there are more than one operator and the maximum is 0, you can try to test IT for know the right reply smile
I don't use personally this option and I don't have more than one operator, for now.

When i using Widget embed code - online visitor function properly
When i change to Page embed code - online visitor no function

1. I confirm my reply as before. If supported a screen is sent to the operator in the chat conversation (if chat is still opened with the user) as attachments after a while after the pressing of the button "take user screenshot"

Seems visitor tracking is not supported for the Page Embed code for now.

Because i already tested with few browse(IE11, Google Chrome, Safari, Mozila firefox) to try for the screenshot also did not work, so seek for your assistant for confirmed that page embed code is supported for screenshot?

I AM not using Page Embed Code but Widget Embed code,
I don't know if the screenshot are supported by Page Embed Code.

For this maybe we need a reply from the chat owner.

this is the right place, try just only to wait some days because as this is an open source project "the free support" can be not immediately, also remdex is very busy.

Yes, the chat owner reply in the forum, when is necessary and question are good explained.
You should try to wait a reply here.

I can confirm all function you mention works fine with Widget Embed code but i don't know with Page Embed code as I Am not using IT.
From what I can see, for example, visitor tracking is not supported by Page Embed Code.

Maybe also screenshot are not supported from Embed Page Code, I Think.

Yes, the function is work properly with widget embed code~ coz of some problem i choose to use page embed code.
