Error
I am looking at the error log inside cPanel and saw this:
(12)Cannot allocate memory: couldn't create child process: /opt/suphp/sbin/suphp for /home/myusername/public_html/mydomain/livechat/index.php

Hi, this seems to be something with your server and SuPHP.
I AM using also suphp and I don't have this issue.
Sorry I don't know what is wrong in your server side.

Hi,
something is not good.
If you are in a shared hosting you should not install a live chat you need an external live chat hosted like:
https://livehelperchat.com/order/now
or for free you can try
https://www.tawk.to/
Seems by chatting with you there are different error, character not allowed, messages not delivered and 500 internal error.
Maybe is your hosting if shared is not good. If is VPS than wrong configuration but i don't think is VPS

Another look at the error log and it is full 
I will uninstall this live chat and use a hosted one.

Yes, please remember live chat are forbidden in some shared hosting because need some dedicated resource.
You will be fine with the hosted version,
