Start a chat form settings

Hi, I need to configure a Start a chat form settings by inserting a checkbox type Custom field.
Since the only type that is available is the type Text or hidden, how can i insert the checkbox type in the custom field?

At the moment this type is not supported. Wanna fund? You can always develop this enhancement and create a pull request.
