After 10 min send a specific message link and stop chat

Hi,

I want to add a feature so i want some help. After 10 minutes of chat one message or a link will be appear to user and chat will be stopped. Have you any idea for that? waiting for your kind reply. Thanks

Please see the documentation and also try to navigate the settings.
If you try the online demo of livehelper chat you will see there are autoresponder who after 10 minutes can send message with maybe also a link

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate.
Can you explain more? I want paid chat option after 10 minutes chat and also want count down time to show users. for example show time count down from 10 minutes and after 10 minutes show a link for paid chat. Waiting for your kind reply. Thanks

this is not supported,
you have to edit the code by yourself and at your risk.

Is only supported paid chat who i really can't understand how it works as required maybe some code knowledge.

Hi,

This feature is not supported. But in new version there is good start for it.

It gives unique chat by identifier, so everything else you should do, or you can order commercial support and we could talk how to implement it. But it's possible to implement.
