Captcha in Forms

Hi
I was advised by host company to include  add a Captcha to my  Registration form as this will prevent bots from signing up automatically and spamming my website.

How safe are we on Forms on this platform and how can this be addressed?

Live helper chat not need a Captcha there are already and is not visible
