Theme to each department

Is it possible to allocate each department a different theme. As i create theme i then want to allocate the theme to respective department rather than when i generate code.Your help will assist me i a great way

No, this is not possible.
Maybe you can create a widget template and when you generated embed code you select the department you want.

But you can't have one widget who change when you change department.
If you have different website or page and want different template so Dep A template A Dep B Teplate B you can use Widget Themplate and Embed Code.

Thanks - is it possible to get rid of queue number when start chat to my users as they see 10 and run away - while some chats where not closed properly

You can use theme and override this text.
